Coastal Stars team camps will be the week of July 28th, through August 1st, Camp will include 5 days of off ice conditioning and 2 hours of on ice training per day!

Off ice conditioning will be run by the Kingsbury Club and will take place next door at the health club. Professional strength and conditioning coaches will be instructing these young athletes on, proper stretching, warm-up techniques as well as teaching speed, agility and quickness to enhance overall performance.

On ice skills will be coached by Coach John Blake of Duxbury High School and other local coaches. Camp staff will focus on teaching players all aspects of the game -- passing, shooting, skating, stick-handling, checking and much more!

This camp is open exclusively to Coastal Stars players. All players will be participating with their 2008-2009 team.

Duxbury Youth Hockey team camps will be the week of July 28th, through August 1st, Camp will include 5 days of off ice conditioning and 2 hours of on ice training per day!
